I had a procedure done today and I must admit I was bricking it, the nurses were absolutely fantastic they put me at ease, from admission to the moment I left i couldn't have asked for anymore. Mr Harris was fantastic, he was that good that I never felt a thing, I didn't know that I'd gad anything done. Top class Drs and Nurses, thank you so much for looking after me..

Reception staff are incredibly rude and dismissive. They have no concept of empathy or even just basic human respect. All other staff beyond that point are wonderful, it's just a shame the first thing you are greeted with is rudeness. I'm sure this isn't the case for all of them but it certainly was for the one I unfortunately had to speak to 3 times

My elderly mum visited Buckshaw Hospital today for an appointment with Mr Izzat. I can’t recommend this hospital, Mr Izzat and the whole team enough. Their care and kindness shown to my mum was wonderful! Thank you for looking after her and your attention in making sure she was ok.

Went for a procedure, I arrived early so it was OK to check in. I was called in bang on time and procedure was done and dusted in 1hr 15 mins the staff are excellent and really make you comfortable. I have been having the same procedure for the last 15 years and this was the best one, hardly any pain or discomfort. 5 stars to the staff and Consultant.
