The village contains 22 purpose built apartments and bungalows designed for retirement living. It contains a private restaurant, together with a residents air conditioned lounge and beautiful landscaped gardens.

The comfortable residents air conditioned lounge has a 42 inch plasma screen TV with video and DVD player with regular film afternoons. A hearing loop is installed for the benefit of residents and we are now building up a library of DVDs, videos and talking books.
The village of Sawbridgeworth is one mile away, where the GP surgery and local dentist can be found, together with a range of shops. Larger shopping facilities are available in the near by towns of Bishops Stortford and Harlow which are within 15 minutes drive and are also on the local bus routes.
