I had a very good experience in Park Hill. I am completely satisfied with how my hip replacement went. I've now had both hips replaced and am delighted with the results as I am now pain-free for the first time in a long while!! I feel as if I've got my life back.

All the staff from the front desk to the staff on the ward were always friendly and helpful. The facilities are kept clean. The information provided was accurate, provided timely and easy to understand. Overall a fantastic experience, from initial consultation to final discharge.

Delay in being seen was on the edge of being irritating. Disappointed that the clinic did not have it's own facilities for X-Rays etc. as it was a long walk to get one done in the main hospital and then a laborious admin exercise subsequently. The reception and specialist were excellent.

I found the Park Hill Hospital staff very friendly and supportive, whether it was dealing with arranging appointments or nurse or physio getting back to me with advise and guidance. My experIence on the day of the operation was calming and the staff were very supportive. I found the experience reassuring. After my operation I was provided with crutches which the nurse helped me use. It would have helped me if a physio had given me a bit of advise sometime that day, however I ran in the week and a physio rang me back and helped me.

Overall great experience. Admin team are a fantastic set of people. Mr Paniker was brilliant from start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a better service. My outcome has been the best I could ask for and I would 100% use Park hill again.

Experiencing pain in my wrist. Diagnosed with De Quervain syndrome. Advised different treatment options and had a steroid injection. Fantastic, professional service.
