Business Relations Manager

Business Relations Manager - How we can help

Our aim is to provide a personalised service, ensuring you have a dedicated point of contact at Oaklands Hospital and an effective patient care pathway at all times. Our dedicated Business Relations Manager who has the experience and knowledge of the NHS and Private healthcare structure and understands the ever-changing needs of the healthcare sector is available to discuss any new or existing service plans for your community.

Oaklands Hospital understands the importance of providing teaching and learning as well as offering support to healthcare professionals.

GP Education Talks
We can facilitate GP education talks at your practice to enable valuable face-to-face consultant and GP interaction and can arrange sessions on a date and time of your choosing.

All talks will be presented by a consultant of your choice who practices at Oaklands Hospital and requests for bespoke topics are always welcomed. The session consists of a short presentation on the topic of your choice, followed by time to ask individual questions and have a discussion.

Q&A Sessions
Our Q&A sessions are more informal and do not require a powerpoint presentation. These sessions are designed for you to ask our consultants questions on how to manage patients in primary care, examination techniques, medication advice, when to refer, when to use diagnostics and many more all on a date and time suit to you.

CPD
A certificate of attendance is issued for all participants and we will provide a buffet lunch. This service is completely complimentary and can be incorporated in your CPD evidence.

GP Educational Events
We hold a programme of GP education events throughout the year.

Through our Business Relations Manager we offer the following support to help you advise and care for your patients:

We look forward to meeting you and keeping you updated on our services and consultants practicing at the hospital.
