A private referral letter may be faxed, emailed or posted out to the hospital.

If you prefer to send a referral without a consultant named we will ensure that an appropriate consultant is selected.
NHS Patient Choice
Tees Valley Hospital works in partnership with the NHS, under the Choose and Book e-RS system which allows GPs to refer to a hospital of their choice, providing the service is offered at the hospital.
