Academic Background

Paulina joined the Woodland physiotherapy team in 2022 and currently works as an Inpatient Physiotherapy Technician. She is passionate about empowering women through education and runs Pre-admission classes for women who are having a hysterectomy and/or pelvic floor repair. Paulina is also a trained Manual Handling instructor.

Outside of work Paulina is a personal trainer with a particular interest in weight lifting. She enjoys spending quality time with her two beautiful daughters.
