  • The best doctor I’ve been too so far, Dr Rupert was very polite and understanding and talked me through all my problems and worries I had and was very helpful and I would highly recommend! Everyone there was so respectful and made me feel very welcome and taken care of.

  • I came for minor surgery on 13 November and had a very good experience. Everyone was pleasant, kind, and helpful , and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable . I cannot praise staff highly enough. Thank you.

  • My overall experience was very good. I only have two pieces of Negative feedback I made a comment about how I was feeling a bit woozy after taking some Oramorph. To nursing staff. That resulted in the drug being withdrawn I did make the point on a number of occasions that I felt I could tolerate Oramorph without any real problems But I was not given the option. The second point was on my discharge which was via a wheelchair the staff member who insisted on pushing the chair managed to ram my Injured leg into a wall and later into the ground as we exited the main door. As you can imagine, I did have a sense of humour failure on the second occasion

  • Staff are helpful and curtious. Wait times could be improved. 1st appointment waited 1 hour Last appointment waited 30 minutes. Coffee is not great. Waiting room is comfortable.
