All staff were friendly and responsive. Most staff explained rationale for procedures. I was particularly impressed with post op care when I needed to be seen. This happened very quickly and I received what I needed promptly to then make a very good recovery. Mr Hassan's secretary was very good at responding to questions. Physiotherapy post operation was also excellent. Staff were patient centred and sensitive to issues of active consent.

I had knee surgery today, 7 11, and from the moment I entered the hospital ,all I was shown was truly professional care ,the surgeon mr suresh, was truly carrying kept me informed of everything, the nurses the porter the after care all first class room was epic ,thank you all for such a great service in a worrying time great job
