  • Very clean hospital and helpful staff. My only negative comment on my experience is that it wasn’t made clear to me on what is covered on my Bupa insurance and what I need to pay for. I find I need to pay for some materials and physio that I wasn’t expecting to have to fund.

  • Mrs Prakash made you feel very relaxed throughout the procedure by talking and explaining what she was doing or going to be doing, I felt I was in safe hands, she was caring and calming throughout the procedure.

  • Main reception staff could do with a bit of customer service training, the one in the middle looked miserable as sin , not very welcoming unfortunately. Hospital lovely and clean, shame there’s no cafe’

  • The doctor I saw has always been great and five stars for him but unfortunately I had to cancel my private insurance because I could no longer afford it. I feel very ripped off by the billing process. AXA said the bill was £140 (which I have printed) and because I don't have medical insurance now, they want £175 because I no longer have it. So it seems they customarily charge clients without medical insurance more. Disgusting behaviour.
