Visiting hours

NHS Patients

Lots of noise and groups of people can cause upset for some patients, as such we request thatthe following visiting hours be observed 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm.  Only one visitor at any time and visitors report to the ward reception first, so that we can ensure visits do not disturb patient care.

Private Patients

Friends and relatives are welcome to visit between 9am - 8pm.  We ask that all visitors report to the ward reception first, so that we can ensure visits do not disturb patient care. We are currently only permitting one visitor at any time. Patients are allowed one person to accompany them to their room/bay on arrival, but must vacate the ward when the patient goes to theatre.

We do ask that visitors are considerate to others in the hospital.  Lots of noise and groups of people can cause upset for some patients and we request visitors respect the need for rest and privacy at all times.

You are welcome to join your friend or relative for meals or drinks in their room, any items will be charged to the patients' account.

Free car parking is available onsite for patients and visitors.
