Dear Sir, I have been attending the Westbourne Centre since October 2012 and I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation of Joanne Redbourne.
I consulted her regarding facial treatment in preparation for my daughter’s wedding in August 2013.
She carried out a number of tests and recommend Obagi. Joanne fully explained the present condition of my skin and exactly how Obagi would be beneficial. It was obvious that she had a deep knowledge of how and why this treatment is successful.
She was very patient in explaining everything clearly and answering any questions. She is always extremely professional and replies promptly to my emails.
When I asked her she also gave details and advice regarding other areas of facial treat available at the Clinic that I might consider later.
I am a firm believer in giving praise when it is due and would, I can assure you, criticise if I had cause.
