As the Hospital Director of Ashtead Hospital, I am extremely proud of the team I lead. I know that all our staff take pride in delivering the best standards of patient care in a friendly, patient centred and approachable manner, ensuring where possible that all our patients achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
Our patients can gain assurance as to the quality of the hospital and the Consultants who work with us by referring to the hospitals Quality Accounts and also the Care Quality Commission(CQC) Audits undertaken by the Department of Health which support the hospital’s excellent reputation.
We work hard with GPs, Consultant’s and other specialists to ensure that we provide all of our patients with an individual, personal service which is tailored to their needs where clinical care is of the highest standard and provided by appropriately trained staff. Our support services teams focus on maintaining excellence in the non-clinical aspects of patient care including administration, housekeeping, catering and maintenance.
