I recently visited Dr. Chris Panos here for a follow-up on a glaucoma routine test, as the previous OCT results had left me with lingering doubts. After a routine check with an ophthalmologist on Harley Street that left me with even more uncertainty than answers, I was feeling incredibly uneasy. The ophthalmologist I saw previously did little to clarify my concerns, and I wouldn’t recommend that experience to anyone. In contrast, Dr. Panos was exceptional. Though he was running behind due to technical difficulties that delayed appointments (absolutely not his fault), he conducted each test in such a professional way, carefully explaining each step and confirming I had nothing to worry about—which completely removed all my doubts. His clarity and patience lifted an enormous weight off my mind, and his professionalism and compassion were genuinely reassuring. Dr. Panos goes beyond simply being a good or excellent doctor; he stands out as someone truly dedicated to patient care. I want him to know how much this visit meant to me—he restored my peace of mind. I would recommend him to everyone I know.
