Went for a procedure, I arrived early so it was OK to check in. I was called in bang on time and procedure was done and dusted in 1hr 15 mins the staff are excellent and really make you comfortable. I have been having the same procedure for the last 15 years and this was the best one, hardly any pain or discomfort. 5 stars to the staff and Consultant.

Tracey the physio is an absolute asset to the team. I've been messed about for years by both private and nhs services, but Tracey is the first person that has taken the time to really understand my back issues, and built a physio plan bit by bit that has actually worked. I visited for an endoscopy , the staff where amazing , I don't know everyone's name , but the girl who did the pre questionnaire , a girl called Emma who helped me in theatre really kind and a big shout out to my lovely BSL interpreter Kay , I was so lucky to have her the hospital arranged this as I'm deaf . The hospital is clean and modern , but the staff are truly brilliant
