I have recently had spinal surgery at Fulwood Hall Hospital and have to say all the staff there are so kind and helpful. My surgeon Mr Austin has been superb and the anaesthetist had an excellent bedside manner. All the nurses there were extremely helpful and kind, they have a lovely Fulwood Hall Hospital Family there 👍🏻

I attended Fulwood Hall Hospital in October 2024 for a total knee replacement. Everyone who dealt with me, the Surgeon, anaesthetist, nurses and catering staff all gave me the utmost care and attention and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would thoroughly recommend this hospital to anyone.

Had my private surgery yesterday at fulwood hall private hospital in Preston for my ingunal hernia repair operation as a day case 02/11/2024 as been on waiting list for 8 months with no date as huge backlog. My surgeon Mr Asad Rahi is brilliant and very approachable and got me in private with 3 weeks as a urgent case and am very pleased will see him again in 5 to 6 weeks. All of the admin.and nurses and theatre staff and anesthetic doctors were amazing and very attentive and nice couldn't do anything but help.amazing staff and hospital no complaints and had a lovely private room with lovely lunch as made something special I requested too. Recommended to all and local to us too 😄

Sorry for the delay in updating a review.. I thought I had already left one 🤷♀️ I would like to add my 5* review for Dr Austin and his staff, from initial appointment to pre-op to surgery .. They all made my experience very comfortable everyone was kind and considerate.. My nurses in my room were Stacey & Julie and in the evening it was Christiana & Pearl.. they were all so supportive and caring they helped control my pain management effectively and could not do enough to support during my stay .. all the theatre staff were lovely too.. Mr Austin came to see me after surgery and talked to me with dignity and respect and not in anyway patronising like some professionals can be, I never want to come back for surgery again!! but if anyone is anxious or nervous please don’t be .. I am an advocate for the NHS. And only wish that the formula this hospital operate was implemented across the whole of the NHS just a little care, consideration, compassion and understanding the patient goes a long way which appears to be the ethos of Renacres Hospital.. thank you to all

I recently had my gallbladder removed at Fullwood Hall hospital and from my very first consultation to leaving post op I had the most amazing care. Every single member of staff treated me with kindness, compassion and at all times professionalism especially my lovely nurse Chloe who cared for me on my operation day. Even though I was referred here by the NHS I didn't feel like I had any different treatment than if I was a private patient. The food was excellent and I had a lovely chat with the lovely lady who came to clean my spotless room mid stay. I felt completely at ease on what was quite a stressful day and would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone. Thank you all for my wonderful treatment.

Absolutely exceptional first class care throughout. Outstanding staff, I cannot thank everyone enough for the attention to detail I received during all my visits, from the initial consultation, pre op, follow up blood tests and the surgery. Huge thank you to all involved in my treatment.

Had my gallbladder surgery today with Dr ward who also did my surgery, everything was well cared for, the nurse looking after me, Hayley, was absolutely amazing she was more than just a nurse she became a friend, she held my hand whilst I was suffering anxiety being put to sleep, she was there when I came round and till I was discharged. She made sure I had all information needed upon discharge. Even the biscuits tea and toast where a belter! I couldn't thank this hospital enough. Very kind caring staff who put your personal wishes and preferences first. Hayley & Dr Ward- thank you!

Super clean well run hospital All staff from receptionist to nurse Rosemary , theatre nurse, Kate in admissions & Mr Bale, were helpful reassuring and sympathetic when I had my recent shoulder operation Would highly recommend this hospital Has physio with Simon at buchshaw hospital and again super helpful & professional Joanne helped with organising getting my stitches out (as my drs couldn’t!!!!) If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
