Our Private GP service is provided by experienced and well-respected local GPs from the Caterham area. Dr Al-Mayahi, Dr Kausi, Dr Sathananthan and Dr Sinclaire offer appointments bookable in advance at times convenient to those busy during normal working hours. You will have access to first class facilities including X-Rays, ultrasounds, ECGs and blood tests which can be organised and performed during the same visit. Private prescriptions can be issued.

This service can be used for urgent issues as well as longer-term problems for which the convenience of the location, facilities and timings make for a better healthcare experience. It is not intended as an alternative for conditions which should be managed by a hospital Accident and Emergency Department. The service is available to people over the age of 18.

Appointment Fees

Please note, the fees below apply to face to face and telephone consultations. A standard private GP appointment is for a maximum of 2 concerns. If you have other concerns to discuss please arrange for a double appointment.

Routine GP Consultation (20 mins) £110

Extended GP Consultation (40 mins) £200

Extended GP Consultation (60 mins) £290


Additional charges:

Medical assessment form £50

Referral letters £50

Private sickness letter £50

Repeat prescription £50

*At the doctors discretion for registered patients only. Any scans or tests completed at your appointment or booked for a future date. 


Please note:
Failure to attend with less than 24hrs notice will be charged at 50% of the appointment charge.
