Very out dated. Pealing paint and a broken lift with the side of the exterior hanging off so had to take a detour. Yes it's an old hospital but the park hill side is in a worse state than the NHS side. No pain relief offered after surgery when local anaesthetic was wearing off. Abandoned pre operative (local anaesthetic but not offered a drink or anything for hours while waiting). No wrist support or sling provided despite being recommended after this surgery. Fast but definitely run as a business. Lovely staff throughout but information given by different individuals was conflicting (staff nurses- pre assessment).

Was 40 mins kate after appointment but when I went in to see the Dr he didn't rush and was very thorough so didn't mind the wait as if he is like that will all patients that's why and is very important to not feel rushed and to feel listened too
