Saw Dr Nick Shaw about something that was causing severe anxiety. Genuinely one of the best experiences I have ever had. Every staff member I spoke to made me feel so reassured and confident. And again, Nick was so kind and supportive, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience !

I went in for a day surgery, was greeted by HCA lovely Sharna who made me feel so at ease she showed me to my lovely room felt like a 5 star hotel, all the staff were so kind to me , Tammy was so kind and made me feel at ease as I was in pain after surgery she really looked after me and Sumitra also ,Betty my night nurse and the nurse who held my hand when I was put to sleep ( sorry didn’t catch her name ) they kept me in over night due to pain and didn’t leave my side. Such a lovely atmosphere all staff very caring even the catering staff, I highly recommend the rivers hospital 5 star service , I never felt rushed to go I felt so welcomed a massive thank you to all the staff love Leanne xx

have just returned home from Rivers following knee replacement surgery yesterday. From the minute I arrived at the hospital until discharge today all of the staff that looked after me were exceptionally professional and courteous .Staff did everything possible to ensure that my surgery and post operative care and support made me feel comfortable at all times. Nice clean hospital, reception was a little slow mostly as they ask you to fill in and check the forms and data there and then even if you’ve already done it recently (mine is checked the day before). Otherwise good hospital

I had a good experience, starting from the booking process when I phoned in (Jackie), through the paperwork, to the consultation, and ultimately the minor operation procedure with Mr. Das-Bhaumik (a top surgeon and person). While the interior could use some sprucing up, I was very satisfied with the operation room itself. Also, I would like to make a special mention of Toni the nurse, who was really on the ball. Thanks again.
