The Yorkshire Clinic is one of West Yorkshire's leading private hospitals set in three acres of woodland in the grounds of Cottingley Hall near Bingley. The hospital opened in 1982 and has 57 bedrooms including one twin-bedded room all with en suite facilities. The five fully equipped theatres, all with ultra clean air technology, are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures, such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacement.

I attended the Yorkshire clinic with my husband Ian Howe today the 16th October for an appointment with Shabina Sultan. This was to try and help him with an extremely painful knee as the treatment we had received from specialists and doctors had not worked and were advised to see a Rheumatologist asap. We were so lucky to see this wonderful lady, she was superb, asked Ian about his medical history and the issue with his knee. After talking to both of us and going through what was needed, she treated him for his ongoing pain. She completed our visit to ask that he attend Airedale Hospital and along with her and her team will ensure that going forward he will be checked on a regular basis to ensure that any pain can be managed over time. We cannot put into words how she made us both feel. At long last we have hope, her sincerity, her knowledge and her guidance has been invaluable. We know that going forward her team will be there to help him and we can enjoy the future for however long that maybe. She is in our world “simply the best”. Our grateful thanks from I and V Howe
The receptionist was a little 'cold' but that could just be a bad day and the receptioist was otherwise efficient and polite. The place was busy but my appointment was on schedule. The lounge was comfortable with free coffee and biscuits to help with any waiting. Overall, an efficient and productive expereince.
I have a Aircast cryo/cuff cooler.used once. I wish to move it onto another person who is having a knee operation, it's going free to a good home. If there is anybody who would like the use of this, please feel free to tell them to contact me.
