This service can be used for urgent issues as well as longer-term problems for which the convenience of the location, facilities and timings make for a better healthcare experience. It is not intended as an alternative for conditions which should be managed by a hospital Accident and Emergency Department.
The Yorkshire Clinic will now offer fast access to MRI scans without having to wait for a referral, as well as quick and accurate results as part of our All-in-one MRI package.
Patients often come to us if they don't want to wait for their MRI scan on the NHS however sometimes it can be a struggle to get an initial GP appointment and referral for the MRI Scan
You can now visit our experienced and well-respected local Private GP and have your MRI Scan as part of one package.
• An initial consultation appointment with our Private GP who will make the MRI referral to our radiology department
• MRI scan carried out at The Yorkshire Clinic
• A follow up appointment with our Private GP to receive the scan results.

Our private GP offers fast access with regular appointment times, the referral will be made on the same day to the radiography department. Our highly qualified radiologists endeavour to report on your MRI scan and send your report to your referring doctor as quickly as possible to support your diagnosis and allow treatment planning, if required.
