As soon as I entered The Westbourne Centre the friendly, efficient and professional staff made me feel at ease. Everyone was so kind and patient and everything was clearly explained.
On the day of the cataract procedure the nursing staff were both kind and efficient. It was a plus to receive a follow-up call after my operation to ensure that I did not have any problems.
I am particularly grateful to Kellie Harper for her patience and understanding, Sophy, the Healthcare Assistant for her kindness and reassurance, and Jane the pre-op nurse for her kindness. Last but by no means least to Mr Nessim for his professional attention to detail prior to the procedure and for actually performing the operation.
I have been so pleased with the team and, as a result, I am returning to The Westbourne Centre in July for cataract removal from the other eye.
