I had a gastric sleeve through Ramsay Health Care. I couldn't continue the way I was going, I was 28 Stone at 23 years old, and it’s not the best way to be especially at such a young age.
The information that was provided on the website was really helpful and it really did make me feel at ease when I was making the decision. When I first walked into the clinic for the initial consultation, I did feel a little bit anxious. But as I got into the room with the consultant, it was plain sailing from there and I don't think I could have gone for a better consultant.
Since surgery I feel a lot better about myself. I started playing football which I’ve not been able to do for several years.
Ramsay was absolutely brilliant, they were always so attentive, so caring and always asking me how I was. The level of care is definitely a 10.
I definitely recommend it to other people - It's one of the best things I ever did with my life!
