I had a lumbar decompression at Ramsay Ashtead. Due to time restraint, and being in pain, I needed to get in for treatment as soon as possible, and going private was the best option for me.
It was very easy to fill out all the application forms. The process and paperwork was very straightforward. I did everything online and was glad I had the option to pay monthly. I felt relieved knowing I could split the cost of my treatment and I was in safe hands.
What made it even better is that the first payment didn’t come out until after the operation, which made me feel as though Chrysalis were taking the time to make sure everything was okay, and everything had gone right for me, before taking the payments.

My surgery was very important to me because it meant that I could go back to work. Without having my treatment, I wouldn’t have been able to work without struggling because of the pain.
