Dev graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2002 and completed his specialist Orthopaedic training in the East Midlands Deanery. He subsequently undertook advanced fellowship training in Foot and Ankle surgery at the renowned Avon Orthopaedic Centre in Bristol.
