Rich has over 15 years of clinical experience as a lead musculoskeletal podiatrist, working predominantly in the NHS. He graduated with First Class honours in 2007, and then completed a MSc in Clinical Podiatric Biomechanics (2014) and a PhD in Health Studies (2021).
Rich is also an honorary clinical research fellow (University of Plymouth) and sits on the Royal College of Podiatry's research and innovation committee and vascular society of Great Britain and Ireland diabetes special interest group. He lectures on the undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes, whilst mentoring and supporting MSc and PhD students.
