Dr Ng is a substantive Consultant Dermatologist based at Torbay Hospital (Torbay & South Devon NHS Foundation Trust). He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions including acne, psoriasis, eczema and has a particular interest in skin cancer, melanoma and skin surgery. He is the clinical lead of the Local Skin Cancer Multidisciplinary Team based at Torbay Hospital.

Dr Ng qualified in 1996 from the University of Sheffield. He obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (London) in 2003. He completed his specialist training in Dermatology and entered into General Medical Council's specialist register in 2008. He then worked as a locum consultant dermatologist in Derriford Hospital, Plymouth. In 2010, Dr Ng completed one year fellowship in Mohs Micrographic and Reconstruction Surgery at the Welsh Institute of Dermatology (Cardiff). He joined the Torbay and South Devon NHS foundation Trust as a substantive Consultant Dermatology in September 2010. Dr Ng is actively involved in teaching and clinical research. He is the clinical tutor for the GP trainees in Dermatology.
