I graduated from Royal Free and University College Medical School, London, in 2004 and completed my training in obstetrics, gynaecology and reproductive medicine in London and Newcastle. I have been working as a Consultant Gynaecologist since 2014 and my NHS base is at Salford Royal Hospital. I hold a position as Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Manchester. I undertook research in infertility at the International Centre for Life in Newcastle. I was awarded a postgraduate research degree (Doctor of Medicine, MD) from Newcastle University in 2016. I have extensive knowledge and experience in reproductive medicine and IVF, with clinical interest on gynaecological conditions affecting fertility. I am an experienced surgeon and perform procedures including laparoscopy and hysteroscopy for the removal of polyps (polypectomy), ovarian cysts (cystectomy), fibroids (myomectomy), treatment of endometriosis and laparoscopic hysterectomy. I have an interest in undergraduate and postgraduate education and I have published in peer-reviewed international journals. I am passionate about delivering high quality care and tailoring treatment plans around patient's priorities and goals.
