Miss Leivadiotou completed her Medical Degree at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki after she was awarded Sports Scholarship holding the national record in 100m sprint for under 18s. She completed her postgraduate trauma and orthopaedic training in Greece, the UK, Sweden and Canada. Miss Leivadiotou completed 2 years fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery in the UK and abroad. She completed the Calvert Fellowship in Upper Limb in London and subsequently worked at the Internationally renowned Trauma and Sports Medicine Institute at Karolinska University, Stockholm, Sweden.
She then spent a year in Toronto, Canada, completing the prestigious Upper Extremity Fellowship at Sunnybrook Hospital, the largest tertiary trauma centre in Canada. The focus of her fellowships was the modern arthroscopic and open surgical techniques in the treatment of Upper Extremity Orthopaedic conditions.
Miss Leivadiotou has extensively published in peer-review journals and has an active role in teaching Orthopaedic trainees in her NHS practice.
