Since joining us, Lauren has completed her orthopaedic, neurological/respiratory and musculoskeletal rotations each lasting 6 months. She has a keen interest for orthopaedic rehabilitation as well as musculoskeletal sporting injuries and return to sport.

Lauren runs one of our post-op joint classes, in which patients take part in advanced rehab circuits post hip and knee replacement. She is qualified in sports massage, electrotherapy modalities and is looking to complete her acupuncture and other qualifications in the near future.

Lauren has been successfully working with the day-case hip and knee replacement pathway and is helping to continue expanding and developing the service at Rivers Hospital.
