Adam Jones qualified from the Middlesex Hospital Medical School with its highest undergraduate award, the Broderip Scholarship.  His initial surgical training was at Whipps Cross then Chase Farm Hospital, followed by his Specialist Registrar rotation in urology in the Oxford region.

During this time Adam was awarded a prestigious one year Hunterian Professorship for his research into the blood supply to bladder cancers and disruption mechanisms.   Adam Jones joined the Partnership in 2003 after being appointed to the Royal Berkshire and Battle Hospitals NHS Trust in 2002.
