Ben graduated from Cardiff University in 2024 with first class honours and started working at Rivers Hospital as a physiotherapist shortly after. At university, Ben completed a range of placements in: MSK outpatient settings, in the community for falls and stroke discharge support, and inpatient settings for cardiothoracic surgeries.
Ben uses the promotion of exercise and targeted physical activity combined with manual techniques and electrotherapy to help aid physical performance. He has a sporting background with a keen interest in advanced rehab and is hoping to soon complete courses on ACL rehab and advancing his knowledge around hand therapy.
Ben works in outpatients on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and on the ward on Wednesday. He runs one of the post-op classes for advanced rehab for joint replacements and is part of the back school which will start soon at Rivers Hospital. He also helps with the knee class on Thursday evenings.
