Mr Faiyaz M Kapasi has worked as a Consultant Urologist in Northern Ireland and England since 2008. He joined East Sussex NHS Trust as a consultant in 2013. He was trained in general and urological surgery in India and UK, and underwent higher surgical training in the UK under the sponsorship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

He submitted a dissertation on ‘Impotence and Review of Penile Prosthesis', in part-fulfilment for the Diploma of Urology, and a thesis entitled ‘Fate of Single Superficial Transitional Cell Carcinoma of the Urinary Bladder' towards MSc in Urology, both to the University of London.

He has published a number of clinical articles related to Urology in peer reviewed journals and has given more than sixty presentations at various national and international conferences all over the world. The majority of these are related to diagnosis and treatment of prostatic disease.
