Mr Naqvi has special interest in hip and knee surgery including total hip and knee replacement, partial knee replacement, arthroscopy of the knee, revision hip and revision knee replacement.

He accomplished his basic surgical training in Ireland (MRCS) followed by Masters degree (MCh) in Orthopaedics from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and National University of Ireland.
Mr Naqvi completed Higher Surgical Training in Trauma & Orthopaedics from prestigious East Anglean training program that involved rotating through University Hospitals, Major Trauma Centre and district general Hospitals acquiring knowledge and skills in different aspects of Orthopaedics through guidance and mentorship of some of UK's best trainers. This led to Fellowship of Royal College of Surgeons in England (FRCS Tr & Orth).
Inspired by his trainers, Mr Naqvi developed keen interest in hip and knee surgery and was awarded as first arthroplasty Fellow in Ipswich Hospital and Colchester General Hospital specializing in Primary hip and knee Arthroplasty, revision surgery and management of periprosthetic fractures.
Mr Naqvi was appointed as Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon in Ipswich Hospital in 2021.
He has presented research in national and international conferences and has published several research papers in high ranking peer reviewed journals in Trauma & Orthopaedics. He is involved in training higher surgical trainees and also acts as educational supervisor for foundation Doctors.
