Mr G Banhegyi graduated at the Medical School of Pecs in Hungary in 1983.He undertook general training of all aspects of Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery at the ENT Department of University of Pecs, Hungary.He had almost 4 years postgraduate training in the UK between 1996 and 1999.Following his CCST he was appointed as a Clinical Lecturer later as an adjunct Professor at the University Hospital of Pecs, Hungary in 2000 and held this position until 2001.He moved to England in 2001 and was based at Aintree University Hospitals until 2004.In 2004, he was appointed and still works as a Consultant Surgeon at the Royal Liverpool & Broadgreen University Hospitals.
