Mr Dabke has worked in Salisbury as a Consultant Orthopaedic and Spinal Surgeon since 2008. He did a postgraduate degree in Orthopaedic Surgery in India (1994) and underwent further training in the UK which involved working in Norwich, Wales, Oswestry and Nottingham. He completed a dedicated one year Spinal Fellowship in the world renowned Centre for Spinal Studies and Surgery in Nottingham. After that he worked in Bern, Switzerland with Prof Paul Heini, who is well recognised globally for his pioneering work in cement augmentation for vertebral fractures. 

He served a Trustee and Executive member of BASS- the British Association of Spine Surgeons (2013-18), BASS Treasurer (2016 to 2018) and was the Lead Clinician for Orthopaedics in Salisbury (2015-18). He was awarded the John W.Fielding "Young Researcher Award", by the Cervical Spine Research Society in 2013 and received the Clinical Excellence Award from Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust in 2013 and 2015 for improvements to service provision and research. He supports a number of charities including Stars Appeal, Horatio's Gardens, Barnado's, Age UK and World Wildlife Fund. In 2009, he trekked in the Sahara Desert for 10 days and in 2019 climbed Kilimanjaro to raise funds for Stars Appeal- the local hospital charity. He lives near Salisbury and spends his leisure time doing trekking, cycling, swimming, yoga, badminton, travelling and reading. Despite a busy clinical schedule, Mr Dabke has maintained an interest in research which has been presented/published in several national and international conferences and journals.
