Until 2015 Mr Bradpiece was a senior NHS consultant for the the West Essex Health Authority joining The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Essex in 1996. He was instrumental in setting up and running the very successful Breast Unit at St Margarets Hospital in Epping. During his tenure in the Epping Breast Unit, he was responsible for delivering breast care of the highest standard and was instrumental in setting up several ground-breaking innovations such as intraoperative testing of sentinel nodes and the delivery of intraoperative radiotherapy. He was and remains an active participant in multidisciplinary team work in which he engages with present and former colleagues to ensure the continuation of top quality breast care.
