Mr Sinha undertook his initial Orthopaedic training in the South-West Thames rotation. He was awarded the FRCS (Trauma and Orthopaedics) in 2003. He subsequently completed his Orthopaedic training, including a 12 month fellowship in Upper Limb Surgery in the Oxford training rotation. He currently works in a full time consultant post with specialist interest in upper limb surgery at Russell's Hall Hospital since 2008
