As a Consultant at the Fortius Clinic, I have spent 15 years in Trauma and elective surgery and performing over 15,000 operations, I am versed in every conceivable condition and complication impacting the knee from Professional and amateur sportsmen/women to patients with severely arthritic knees. Interests include knee arthroscopy (keyhole), meniscal repair, ligament/multi-ligament reconstructions, patella stabilisation procedures, patello-femoral (kneecap) resurfacing partial/uni-compartmental, complex/total and revision knee replacement, osteotomy (knee re-alignment surgery) and chondral surgery. My aim is to improve the quality of life for all of my patients by eliminating or reducing their pain, returning them to normal activities as much as possible and where possible. I use the most modern techniques to achieve the most rapid patient recovery and rehabilitation. I see patients referred by GPs, physiotherapists, consultant colleagues seeking a specialist opinion and self-referring patients.
