Mr Matteucci has been on the Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery since 2011 and a full member of the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons. Mr Matteucci graduated from Leeds Medical School in 1997. He pursued his Basic Surgical Training in Yorkshire and London. He began his career in Plastic Surgery in 2001 and has trained in units in London and across Yorkshire. He completed his Specialist Training in 2010 and undertook a prestigious Interface Specialty Fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology in 2011. He has published articles on a wide range of subjects in plastic surgery journals and presented at national and international meetings and been an invited speaker at national meetings. He is extensively involved in training the next generation of plastic surgeons and medical students and is an Honorary Senior Clinical Tutor at the Hull York Medical School.
