Mr Sharma not only loves his work as a plastic surgeon, but also takes great pride in it and the positive effects it can have on his patients' lives. He believes that the best results for his patients are not simply a result of technical expertise but also a consequence of honest and open communication – by listening to what the patient actually wants, and working out with them how this can best be attained.
