He did clinical research on different orthopaedic topics like Sport Injury Surgery, Paediatric Orthopaedics and in 2003 he achieved his PhD Degree from a research project involving orthopaedic wound infections.
Mr Kustos was heavily involved with teaching of medical students at the university for more than 10 years. He also got his degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2012.
