  • Wide local excisions of palpable disease with level I/II Oncoplastic mobilisation.
  • Stereotactic and US-marker (guide-wire and Magseed/Hologic) guided and US-skin marker wide local excisions of impalpable disease with level I /II Oncoplastic mobilisation.
  • Axillary sentinel lymph node biopsy (dual technique).
  • Axillary lymph node clearance.
  • Simple mastectomy.
  • Skin-sparing, skin-reducing and nipple-sparing mastectomy.


ONCOPLASTIC AND RECONSTRUCTIVE BREAST SURGERY:

  • Total breast reconstruction with pedicled LD flap.
  • Partial breast reconstruction with chest wall perforator flaps (e.g. LICAP, LTAP, AICAP, Thoracoabdominal and MICAP flaps).
  • One-stage and Two-stage total breast implant reconstruction with utilisation of ADMs, synthetic meshes and inferior dermal flaps using the sub-pectoral approach.
  • One-stage and Two-stage breast implant reconstruction with utilisation of ADMs and synthetic meshes using the pre-pectoral approach.
  • Hybrid breast reconstruction using fat grafting and implant prosthesis.
  • Therapeutic mammoplasty (level II Oncoplastic mobilisation) including vertical, Fusiform, J-, superior/superomedial pedicle, inferior pedicle, round block, and Grisotti techniques.
  • Breast reduction using superomedial / Inferior pedicle techniques and Wise pattern incision.
  • Nipple reconstruction.
  • Liposuction, and lipo-modelling.


COSMETIC, AESTHETIC AND BENIGN BREAST SURGERY:

  • Breast implant augmentation with and without mastopexy (nipple uplift and breast skin tightening).
  • Breast Wise-pattern reduction mammoplasty.
  • Breast mastopexy.
  • Nipple eversion.
  • Excision of fibroadenomas.
  • Management of gynaecomastia (simple excision, excision with liposuction, and subcutaneous mastectomy).
  • Ductal papillomas with nipple discharge (microdochectomy and major duct excision with and without tissue mobilisation).
  • Excision of mammary fistulas.
  • Breast abscesses.


REVISIONAL SURGERY FOR COMPLEX BREAST DEFORMITIES:

  • Corrective surgery for congenital breast deformities e.g. congenital breast underdevelopment, asymmetry, breast hypertrophy, accessory breast tissue.
  • Revisional surgery of complex breast deformities after previous treatment of benign and malignant breast disease.
