He has a special interest in managing pelvic pain and endometriosis and has vast training and expertise on minimally invasive surgical techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques. Mr El-Gizawy is also experienced in infertility treatments and reproductive medicine. He began his career with a Bachelor Degree of Medicine and Surgery before completing his training in his chosen field in the West Midlands Deanery. He completed further training in advanced laparoscopic surgery with a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopy from Surrey University. He also received training in Robotic Surgery through training courses in Strasbourg and Paris. He is heavily involved in medical education and has been awarded a Diploma in Medical Education from Keele University. He holds teaching sessions for GP's. He has published numerous accredited journals and research papers.
