Mr Zuhair Saidan is a Consultant Breast Surgeon at Buckshaw Hospital in Lancashire.
Breast cancer and reconstructive breast surgery, breast reductions, breast screening, general surgery and hernia surgery.
Mr. Saidan had a lifelong interest in breast cancer diagnosis and management with a particular interest in reconstructive breast surgery.
Mr Saidan is also a highly trained General Surgeon and has extensive experience of hernia surgery and lumps.

He was the Clinical Lead of the department of breast surgery at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals from 2007 till 2013 and led the department in establishing the Central Lancashire Breast Unit.
He was appointed as the Chair of the Lancashire and South Cumbria Breast Cancer Network from 2013 till 2019 during which time he oversaw the introduction of several innovative national developments. His work was recognized nationally when in 2014 he was awarded a National Clinical Excellence Award.
Mr Zuhair Saidan, M.B, B.Ch, FRCS(Ed) trained in General Surgery in Leeds and subsequently in Breast Surgery in London and Edinburgh. He obtained his Surgical Fellowship in 1984. He was appointed as a consultant breast surgeon at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals in 1997.
He has travelled widely presenting and contributing to International and National meetings. He was recently invited to two International meetings in Alexandria and Dubai to present his surgical techniques. He has final year trainees and specialist fellows in Breast Surgery.
