She completed specialist postgraduate training in otolaryngology in London and South East England, including working at St George's Hospital, Barts and The Royal London Hospitals, Guys and St Thomas' Hospital, The Evelina Children's Hospital and NHS appointments. After completing her higher surgical training and accreditation in Otorhinolaryngology in London, Mrs Rogers was appointed as a local substantive consultant to the Princess Alexandra NHS Trust in Harlow in 2009. She has been key in the expansion and development of the department. Mrs Rogers has published and presented peer review articles nationally and internationally. Lectures and tutorials are regularly provided to both hospital doctors and GPs. She enjoys examining candidates in the nationally renowned St Thomas' “exit” mock exam for accrediting ENT specialists.
