Jo Ablett is a Physiotherapist at Woodland Hospital in Northamptonshire

Jo graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University and went onto work in the NHS gaining a solid clinical background within all physiotherapy specialties. Jo then joined the Woodland Hospital Physio Team in 2013 where she continues to provide physiotherapy rehabilitation for patients following orthopaedic, spinal and gynaecological surgery. Jo has undertaken further studies in Pilates, Acupuncture and Pelvic Health and offers specialist assessment and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, musculoskeletal pain in pregnancy, and rehabilitation postnatal and following gynaecological surgery.
Outside of work Jo is a self-proclaimed ‘DIY Queen’ and busy Mum of 2. She enjoys cooking, gardening and adventures in the great outdoors with her family alongside her furry Best friend – Betsy the Cockapoo!
