Mrs Katie Beaumont is a senior Physiotherapist at Woodland Hospital located in Northamptonshire
Shoulders, acupuncture and sports rehab
Graduated from Cardiff University with Bsc Hons Physiotherapy in 1999, having previously gained a Physiology degree from Newcastle University in 1996. Has worked in a wide variety of NHS and private hospitals, and spent the first few years post qualification specialising in paediatrics, before settling in musculoskeletal outpatients at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London, for the next 10 years. After leaving London I continued my outpatient career part time at Northampton General, and then onto occupational health as an in-house physiotherapist for one of the leading supermarket chains. I have been working on the bank for the Woodland Hospital since January 2018.
Outside work Katie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying great food and exercise in all forms – tennis, skiing and hiking in the mountains, and to attempting to surf in the more sunny climes!
