My research portfolio is a curated compilation of my academic journey, showcasing my commitment to advancing knowledge in proliferative vitreoretinopathy – identifying predictive biomarkers after retinal detachment. Through years of dedicated research, collaboration, and innovation, my portfolio captures the essence of my intellectual curiosity and contributions to the field. The research was funded by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), the Ministry of Defence, University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Trust and the University of Birmingham through the NIHR Surgical Reconstruction and Microbiology Centre. This has been awarded a degree in Doctor of Medicine [MD]. Whether collaborating with peers, mentoring students, or presenting at international conferences, my research portfolio encapsulates the diverse facets of my research journey. It is an embodiment of my passion for discovery, my dedication to rigorous inquiry, and my vision for a better future through transformative research. I have a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive transformative change. My passion for driving digital innovation stems from my belief that technology has the power to reshape healthcare. I have a Postgraduate Certification degree in Telemedicine in aid to deliver healthcare services remotely. A scholarship was awarded in relation to this course.
