Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2024 at Renacres Hospital

We are pleased to announce we have raised over £1,400 for Breast Cancer Now during our Breast Cancer Awareness month!

Each department was tasked with creating themed hampers which were raffled off to all staff and patients. 7 of our patients, and 2 staff members were the lucky winners of these fabulous hampers, including our own Mr. Buxton!

Our staff also participated in the Wear it Pink Day on the 18th October, and were gifted pink goody bags containing pink lanyards, sweets and information & reminders on how to check your breasts.

A big thank you to all our staff who participated in our Breast Cancer Awareness month by decorating the hospital pink, buying and selling raffle tickets or contributing to the hampers. You all made raising this incredible amount of money possible for Breast Cancer Now.
