  • On March 12th, 2025, I underwent a day surgery at Renacres Hospital. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional care provided by every nurse  doctor, surgeon, and staff members. Despite my initial anxiety, they quickly put me at ease with clear explanations and a comforting demeanor. The post-operative care was equally outstanding, with attentive nurses who ensured my comfort. I especially appreciated the lighthearted atmosphere created by the anaesthetist and two male nurses before the procedure. I am deeply grateful to the entire team, including my surgeon, for their professionalism, kindness, and successful keyhole surgery. They all deserve recognition for their excellent work.   • My consultant had to go on an emergency and cancel my appointment, when I had already arrived at the hospital. I explained, I was very worried and needed the results today. The member of staff, told me to wait. She returned, with a letter from my consultant and had rang him to ask about my results. She told me what he said and I felt a lot better. Amazing above and beyond, that she didn't have to do!

  • Every member of staff that I met, nursing, medical and administrative were highly professional and reassuring. However, communication systems between departments could be better, in my experience.

  • I attended today for the first time, reception staff so lovely, nurses lovely, and Mr Adam lovely. Listened to what was wrong with me. At last a hospital that listens and understands. Thank you again. Xx I go every few months for spinal injections now, I was petrified, but I was fully reasured, I put my trust in renacres, and I love the care I'm given. Xxx

  • The overall experience was superb and I would recommend Renacres to anybody. If I had a criticism it would be about the parking problems on the site but I’m sure this has been raised by others and is under review.
